PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic apparatus capable of appropriately canceling the restrictions and which can suppress unauthorized use by a third party. SOLUTION: A cellular phone is provided with a display section which displays a predetermined image in a plurality of display forms; an operation section; a storage section which stores a predetermined operating mode; a function restricting section which performs functional restriction on a predetermined function; and a function restriction canceling section which compares an operation mode, based on an operation in the operation section to be detected and the predetermined operation mode stored in the storage section, and when the operation mode and the predetermined operation mode are the same, cancels the function restriction in the function control section, wherein the function restriction cancellation section compares the operation mode, based on the operation in the operation section to be detected, when the predetermined image is displayed in the predetermined display form with the predetermined operating mode.
