PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of properly recording voice messages from a broadcast start state. SOLUTION: Upon detecting that broadcast starts, a control module 16 of an individual dwelling receiver 10 turns on a speaker 14. Further, the control module 16 clears information of a switch information storing module 17, and causes a memory portion 15 to start storing the voice messages. If a recording switch 18 is pressed during broadcasting, the control module 16 holds that fact as depression information into a switch information storing module 17. Upon detecting that the broadcast has been completed, the control module 16 brings the speaker 14 into an off-state to complete the storage of the voice messages into the memory portion 15. Next, the control module 16 refers to the switch information storing module 17, and if confirming the presence of the depression information, the control module 16 dose not discard the voice messages stored in the memory portion 15 but stores them.
