PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by automatically detecting the break of a working tool and eliminating the need to depress a start button by an operator as usual when the working tool having finished working is not broken. SOLUTION: A working device is provided with a tool detection switch 3 which detects the working tool 5 being elevated and lowered, on a table 1, and also provided with an automatic starting operation box 11 having a switch circuit which outputs an ON/OFF signal as the tool detection switch 3 turns ON/OFF. After working by one working tool is completed, the tool detection switch 3 is positioned at a detection position by movement of the table 1 and the working tool 5 is lowered. At this time, it is determined whether the working tool 5 is broken depending on whether the tool detection switch 3 is depressed, and when the tool detection switch 3 is depressed since the working tool 5 is not broken and then switch circuit outputs the ON/OFF signal, control to automatically move to next working is performed even when the start switch 17 is not turned ON/OFF.
