PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a recycled conveyor belt for avoiding a reduction of working efficiency resulting from the stop of the conveyor belt over a long period, an increase of installation cost and product cost to be required for securing a large storage space, and a price increase of the recycled conveyor belt along with the waste of unvulcanized rubbers. SOLUTION: On a base belt 1, half-cut portions 2a of definite-shape general rubber sheets 2 are arranged each having a fixed width and thickness. Between at least half-cut definite-shape general rubber sheets 2a, unvulcanized sheets formed of functional rubbers each having a thickness greater than the thickness of the half-cut definite-shape general rubber sheet 2a are arranged to be wholly subjected to vulcanization.
