PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the door structure of a vehicle capable of improving the getting-on/off performance of an occupant. SOLUTION: In the door structure 10 of the vehicle, a left door opening 13 is formed at a left side 11a of a vehicle body 11. A vertical swing door 31 swinging upward is supported by a front end 13a of the left door opening 13. A lateral sliding door 61 sliding in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 11 is supported by a rear end 13b of the left door opening 13. The left door opening 13 is closed (blocked) while the vertical swing door 31 and the lateral sliding door 61 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 11.
