PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact determination device accurately determining a contact body and a contact part and correctly determining that the operation is intended by a driver. SOLUTION: The contact determination device includes: a contacted member having two or more parts with different resonance frequencies; a vibration detecting means attached to the contacted member and detecting the vibration generated when a contact body is brought into contact with the contacted member; a frequency dividing means for dividing the frequency band of the signal detected by the vibration detecting means into two or more bands; and a contact body hardness determination means determining the hardness of the contact body in contact with the contacted member based on the waveforms of the divided frequency bands.
