PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant filter which is compactly structured as a whole, secures sufficient filtering capability, and is easily maintained. SOLUTION: A conveyor tank 1 has a slantly rising part 3 at one end thereof and is equipped with a chain conveyor 4 with a scraper extending from the other end to the upper end of the slantly rising part 3. Part of a side face of the conveyor tank 1 is opened to connect a filter tank 2 to communicate with the conveyor tank. The drum filter 5 having a rotation shaft center parallel to a direction of movement of the chain conveyor 4 is rotatably provided on the filter tank 2. The scraper 9 is provided on a peripheral surface of the drum filter 5, and in addition a driven gear 12 is coaxially provided at one of axial ends. The driven gear 12 is located outside the filter tank 2, and is also structured to be rotated by a transmission means using the movement of the chain conveyor 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
