PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously kneading powder with liquid, which gives a good yield for a kneaded product of the powder with the liquid, is suitable for mass production in addition, capable of reducing a production cost, and simple and convenient in operation or handling. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for kneading powder with liquid configured to homogenously knead the powder with the liquid by a rotating kneading disk 12 in a kneading chamber 14; is provided with the kneading chamber 14 having the rotating kneading disk 12 housed and disposed inside and axially supported by a rotational driving shaft; is connected with a powder-supplying tube to communicate at the upper center part of the kneading chamber for continuously and quantitatively supplying the powder directing to the center part of the rotating kneading disc; and is provided with a means for supplying the liquid to the kneading chamber, wherein a shearing kneading member 30 comprising a rotational plate 32 and a stationary plate 34 each formed with a groove part on its each facing plane for creating shearing action to the kneaded matter of the powder and the liquid passing through in the centrifugal direction between the upper face side of the rotating kneading disk 12 and the inner face side of a cover member 24 of the kneading chamber.
