The invention relates to a method for producing a shaped mirror (F) that has a surface (2) curved in a predetermined manner. The method comprises the following steps: formation of a shaped body (1) wherein at least part of the surface of said shaped body reproduces the surface that has been curved in a predetermined manner; application of a glass layer (3) to the surface of the shaped body that has been curved in a predetermined manner, said glass layer covering the entire surface without any gaps and having a surface lying opposite the contact surface of the shaped body, upon which a reflective coating (4) is arranged; and the application of a backing layer (5) to the reflective coating, wherein said backing layer is connected to the reflective coating and maintains the predetermined curve when the shaped mirror is separated from the shaped body. The method also relates to the use of a reflective metal layer to produce the reflection instead of a glass layer. In addition, the invention relates to a shaped mirror produced by means of said method, and to a parabolic trough that uses said shaped mirror, for a solar-thermal power plant. |
