Radio resources can be efficiently used when MBMS communications are performed. A mobile communication method comprises: a step in which a radio base station (eNB) uses SIB2 to notify the structure of an MBSFN subframe; and a step in which if a mobile station (UE) has received both a PDCCH signal, which has been generated by use of MBSFN_Off-RNTI, and a PDCCH signal, which has been generated by use of C-RNTI of the mobile station (UE), in predetermined OFDM symbols in the MBSFN subframe, then the mobile station (UE) receives, based on the PDCCH signal generated by use of C-RNTI of the mobile station (UE), a PDSCH signal transmitted, by use of a unicast communication, in the MBSFN subframe.
