<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively correct image persistence in a pixel structure of an organic EL display device by using a photodetector. <P>SOLUTION: As a display panel, pixel parts having light-emitting elements to emit color light of R, G and B are arrayed in a matrix. Then, in the structure of the pixel part, a photodetecting element detecting emitted light quantity is provided in order to correct image persistence. By providing, in R and G pixel parts, a specific color blocking layer made of a material whose light transmittance of B light is low, B light is hard to be incident to the photodetector and, by that extent, desired R light and G light is efficiently incident. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
