HEALTH MANAGEMENT METHOD AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR USER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological signal measuring instrument for measuring a biological signal of a user and providing lifestyle habit interview information based on a physical condition change, and a health management method using the same.

SOLUTION: The health management method for a user includes: comparing a measured current physical condition with average physical condition information to detect a change item related to the physical condition of the user; outputting lifestyle interview information related to the change item detected in interview information; receiving input of interview answer information to the lifestyle habit interview information; analyzing the health condition of the user based on the measured current physical condition and the input interview answer information; and reporting health condition information for the user according to the analysis result.
