<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator facility and a renewal method of this elevator facility, for reducing even a waste object, while shortening a construction period and shortening a complete stopping period of an elevator, by installing a control panel used for control after renewal by effectively using an existing object, when renewing a hydraulic elevator to a rope type elevator. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic jack 2 is erected in a back face space of a car 1 in a hoistway 10, and when renewing the hydraulic elevator of winding a main rope on a plunger sheave 2 of the hydraulic jack 2 to the rope type elevator of using a hoisting machine in a state of leaving the hydraulic jack 2 and a pair of plunger guide rails 3 erected on its both sides, the control panel 5 for controlling the rope type elevator after renewal is arranged in a position capable of inspection work from above the car 1 by slipping out of a vertical projection plane of the car 1 in the hoistway 10 and slipping out of a vertical projection plane of the hydraulic jack 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
