<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit exchanging device of a shield excavator, which is high in operational reliability under high water pressure and an earth atmosphere in a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The bit exchanging device of a shield excavator includes: a housing 12 provided to a cutter head 4 and having a penetration-hole 11 allowing a bit 8 to be inserted from inside the cutter head 4 and to accommodate the bit so that the tip of the bit 8 may project on a cutting edge side; an extruding device 13 for extruding an abraded bit 8 to the front of the penetration-hole 11 by pushing a new bit 8 in the front direction of the penetration-hole 11 on a reaction force from the housing 12 with the new bit 8 pressing the back of the abraded bit 8, when the bit 8 projected on the cutting edge side is abraded; a first reaction member 14 transmitting, to the housing 12, a reaction force of the extruding device 13 exerted on pushing the new bit 8 into the penetration-hole 11 with the extruding device 13; and a second reaction member 15 supporting the back of the new bit 8 to prevent the new bit 8 pushed into the penetration-hole 11 with the extruding device 13 from moving backward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
