PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fitting capable of releasing fixation and refixing of floor members placed in any position without releasing the fixation of other floor members. SOLUTION: A fixation part 11 has a curvature shape which is convex downward so that upper ends of rising parts 12 can come closer to each other than lower ends in a non-load state. When a peripheral edge part of a screw-insertion hole 11a is clamped in a floor joist 3 by screwing of a fixing screw 4, the fixation part is elastically deformed to follow a top surface of the floor joist 3, and an engagement part 13 enters a concave groove part 21 of the floor material 2 while the lower sidewall of the concave groove part 21 is elastically locked between the engagement part 13 and the floor joist 3.
