PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the emission of CO2 from power plants, automobiles, small ships or the like to zero and recover CO2 in the atmosphere to increase fishes, whereas abnormal dryness, forest fire, drought and torrential rain are increasing due to abnormal weather, causing sharp decrease of fishes. SOLUTION: In heat production by driving a plurality of metal ball water gravity solar turbines with an atmospheric constant-speed, constant-volume power about 10,000 times that of an existing steam turbine, and compressing air heated by solar light by a number of heat pumps driven by the rotation output to thereby recover the heat of the solar-heated air through heating and compression, overheated steam production+compressed air production are performed to dividedly reserve the heat as overheated steam and compressed air, and a water jet (79V) is driven in most of the productions. Overheated steam injection temperature is made to get close to combustion gas injection temperature of 800°or the like by a plurality of three-stage combustors, and overheated steam is injected at ultrahigh speed with a 5,000-times volume or the like to suck and inject seawater, thereby a 10-time speed or the like of existing ships is obtained. In the process of promoting the injection, natural phenomenon are promoted, and nutrient such as CO2, nitrogen or oxygen is supplied into the seawater and used to recover CO2 in the atmosphere remarkably increasing phytoplankton and fishes.
