Disclosed is a nucleic acid analyzer, comprising: a nucleic acid-purifying kit for separating a nucleic acid from a specimen and purifying the same to give a nucleic acid solution; a nucleic acid-analyzing chip provided with a rotational axis at the center thereof and multiple reaction containers located outside in the radial direction of said rotational axis, wherein said nucleic acid having been purified by said nucleic acid-purifying kit is fed to said reaction containers by centrifugal force around said rotational axis; a specimen-introducing unit on which said nucleic acid-purifying kit is placed; an analysis chip holder which is located in said specimen-introducing unit for supporting said nucleic acid-analyzing chip; a purification unit for pouring said nucleic acid solution containing the nucleic acid to the inside of said nucleic acid-analyzing chip; a centrifugal liquid-feeding unit whereby said nucleic acid-analyzing chip is rotated around said rotational axis so as to feed said nucleic acid solution to the individual reaction containers; an analysis unit for analyzing the reaction products in said reaction containers; and a conveying means for conveying said specimen-introducing unit relatively to each of said purification unit, said centrifugal liquid-feeding unit and said analysis unit.
