The system (1) has spreading dowels (6, 8) and a pin-shaped spreading element (2) e.g. screw or nail, with spreading zones (3, 4) attached to the respective spreading dowels and expanding the spreading dowels. A sleeve-shaped element is arranged on the spreading element. The sleeve-shaped element is connected with one of the spreading dowels by a predetermined breaking point. The spreading dowel is adjustably arranged between the spreading zones on the spreading element, where the spreading zones exhibit a thread or a profile.
