The footwear has abrasive bodies (9) attached at inner sides of textile socks by adhesive layers, where the inner sides are turned towards feet of human, and the abrasive bodies are formed as emery polishing areas for removing callus of the feet. The abrasive bodies have ragged cavities (16) in surfaces of plastic masses (10) that are arranged in the inner sides of the socks. Soluble crystals (13) are formed as polycrystalline body e.g. sugar crystal and salt crystal, and enclosed in the plastic masses using electrostatic high voltage. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a cosmetic footwear.
