摘要 <p>The insert for a well in a multiwell plate, comprises a base body (20), whose external contour (22) is partially adapted at the internal contour of the well in such a way that the insert inserted into the well has a defined measuring volume between a part of the external contour of the insert and a part of the internal contour of the well, an inlet volume (30) in the base body with an inlet opening between measuring volume and the inlet volume, and/or an outlet volume (40) in the base body with an outlet opening (42) between measuring volume and the outlet volume. The insert for a well in a multiwell plate, comprises a base body (20), whose external contour (22) is partially adapted at the internal contour of the well in such a way that the insert inserted into the well has a defined measuring volume between a part of the external contour of the insert and a part of the internal contour of the well, an inlet volume (30) in the base body with an inlet opening between measuring volume and the inlet volume, and/or an outlet volume (40) in the base body with an outlet opening (42) between measuring volume and the outlet volume. The inlet volume and the outlet volume are separated through a separation wall and have a loading- and unloading opening by which the volume is loadable and/or unloadable. The loading- and unloading openings comprise a bevel, which is arranged in such a way they it forms a guide for pipette tip submerged in the respective volume through its form. The inlet opening and the outlet opening are arranged in such a way that they lie the insert inserted into the well at external edge of the measuring volume. The inlet opening and the outlet opening burst the lower side of the insert as also the external wall of the insert. The functionality of the inlet volume and the outlet volume and/or the functionality of the inlet opening and the outlet opening are exchangeable to each other. The inlet opening and the outlet opening have a flush protector, which prevents the entry of solid materials through the inlet opening and/or the discharge of solid materials such as cells through the outlet openings. The flush protector is formed in the form of nylon-net against flushing of other cells. The external contour of the insert is adapted in its geometry on wells with a minimum diameter of 7 mm. The inlet opening and/or the outlet opening have a maximum diameter, which is open for the respective opening under pressure of flowing fluid, which forms an inhibition against unconstrained convection of the fluid and/or against diffusion. The inlet volume and/or the outlet volume exceed its flow volume of the measuring volume to a multiple of more than 4. The insert is formed as single-piece injection part. The part area of the insert is connected in the area of the measuring volume with a conductive layer. An electrode is formed for an impedance measurement through the part of the conductive layer. An optode for the measurement of a parameter such as pH or pO2 value is arranged at the lower side of the insert forming a limit of the measuring volume. A distance holder is present at the lower side of the insert and prevents the reduction of measuring volume under a minimum. The lower side of the insert is roughened so that a diffuse light distribution is produced during irradiation with light. A twist-guard is present against an incorrect use or a distortion of the insert in the well. An operation adapter is present for operation of the insert by a robot or by human finger.</p>
