The composite part comprises polyurethane-sandwich material with decorative surface containing a layer sequence with a decorative cover layer (02) on the upper side of the composite part, a first fiber-reinforced polyurethane-layer (03) of high strength, an intermediate layer (04) made of plastic foam with low strength, and a second fiber-reinforced polyurethane-layer (05) of high strength. The cover layer is tightly connected with the first polyurethane-layer, where the plastic foam of the intermediate layer has a density of 60-150 g/dm 3>. The composite part comprises polyurethane-sandwich material with decorative surface containing a layer sequence with a decorative cover layer (02) on the upper side of the composite part, a first fiber-reinforced polyurethane-layer (03) of high strength, an intermediate layer (04) made of plastic foam with low strength, and a second fiber-reinforced polyurethane-layer (05) of high strength. The cover layer is tightly connected with the first polyurethane-layer, where the plastic foam of the intermediate layer has a density of 60-150 g/dm 3>, and/or compressive stress of less than 1000 kPa in a pressure test of 10-60%. The material strength is less than 50% of the original material strength in the plastic foam of the intermediate layer after pressing of 40% of the original material strength. The intermediate layer is pressed in edge area and/or in function area at a slight height. The intermediate layer is polyurethane foam and the fiber in the fiber-reinforced polyurethane layer is glass fiber. The strength of the composite part is 5-25 mm. The cover layer is a plastic-carpet or a plastic film or a plastic foil. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of a composite part. |
