<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the management costs of credit management. <P>SOLUTION: A small-scale credit management system includes: a credit evaluation table in which the reactions and situations of customers who have not paid a price are divided into a plurality of typical examples, and the continuation or end of the recovery procedure of small-scale credit is set for each typical example; credit evaluation means for, when a preset certain reason is selected or input, determining the continuation or end of the recovery procedure of the small-scale credit by referring to the credit evaluation table; and evaluation result display means for showing the result of credit evaluation to the display part of the terminal of an operator. The continuation or end of the recovery procedure of the small-scale credit is determined by referring to the credit evaluation table by the credit evaluation means, so that it is possible to reduce wasteful recovery procedures, and to finally minimize the credit management costs, and therefore it is possible to centralize the credit management costs to the small-scale credit which should be originally recovered, and to improve the recovery ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
