<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a crime prevention function effectively during engine stopping regardless of whether or not a motorcycle is mounted with a battery. <P>SOLUTION: A rechargeable battery is mounted inside a crime prevention device and is automatically charged during a period when the engine is operated.
