PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid that processing of other streams is disturbed due to a load of error correction processing of streams. SOLUTION: This stream processor connected to a network is provided with: a network receiving part which receives a network stream from the network; an error correction part which selects and executes correction of an error of data included in the network stream or non-execution of error correction; a recorder control part which performs input/output control of a local stream from a recorder; and a stream control part which controls the receiving part, the error correction part and the recorder control part, wherein the stream control part determines whether or not the error correction part executes the error correction based on the network stream and information of stream management information for managing information of streams required for transfer of the local stream and information regarding an execution state of the error correction.
