<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone notification system and a telephone notification program for notifying a delinquent of a plurality of arrears issues of the same payer or the same household in a batch by using settlement consisting of information on the present year necessary for the issue of a payment slip. <P>SOLUTION: The telephone notification system includes a settlement data acquisition means configured of an input/output device 35 of a server computer 30 for acquiring settlement data A in which the non-payment issue of each subject of a tax and/or charge is predetermined; a non-payment issue extraction means configured of a central processing unit 31 of the computer 30 and for extracting non-payment issues from the settlement data of all subjects obtained by the acquisition means; and a telephone notification file generation means for sorting the non-payment issues extracted by the extraction means by using the payer information or household information included in the record of each issue of the settlement data A as a key, and for generating the payer-categorized or household-categorized data file for telephone notification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
