PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual computer management system, a virtual computer management method, and a program capable of presenting information that can indicate a load of a virtual computer, without being affected by change in the settings of a resource assignment amount for the virtual computer as information for monitoring the virtual computer. SOLUTION: Performance information acquisition means 12 acquires performance information indicative of a load of a guest computer 22, which is a virtual computer to which computer resources are dynamically assigned by a host computer 2; before and after the acquisition of the performance information, resource assignment information acquisition means 13 acquires resource assignment information indicative of computer resources assigned to the guest computer 22, beforehand, from the host computer 2; and performance information correction means 14 corrects the performance information, by multiplying a load value shown by the acquired performance information by an adjustment ratio corresponding to the resource assignment amount shown by the acquired resource assignment information, and outputs the information after the correction as the data for monitoring.
