PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic toner, which suppresses offset of an image. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner comprises: a release agent where an endothermic peak measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is in the range from 70°C to 95°C and a half value width of the endothermic peak is in the range from 10°C to 18°C; a crystalline polyester resin; an amorphous polyester resin; and a colorant. The toner has a complex elastic modulus of 5×104to 5×105Pa at 80°C. The release agent in the toner has a dispersion diameter of 0.3 to 0.8μm in terms of a particle diameter (D50) corresponding to 50% in an undersize cumulative distribution based on a measurement by numbers, and 1.1μm or less in terms of a particle diameter (D84) corresponding to 84% in the undersize cumulative distribution based on the measurement by numbers.
