PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for instantaneously allowing the cut end of toilet paper to come out. SOLUTION: When a string is pulled or pushed, a lock axis is lowered and, at the same time, a spring main is lowered. The spring main comes off the lock axis when lowered to a lower part, and then, is caught by the pawl of a rack when jumped-up, so as to rapidly and temporarily rotate the rack and the toilet paper. Thus, the cut end of the toilet paper comes out. The rapid rotation is transmitted to the toilet paper by the spring of a toilet paper axis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
