PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod screwed with a butt cap, which fishing rod can secure a sufficient whirl-stop with a stopping part and prevent a slack of the butt cap. SOLUTION: A fishing rod 1 of one embodiment has a removably screwed butt cap 10. On the fishing rod 1 and the butt cap 10, there are provided stopping parts 20, 30 on which the fishing rod 1 and the butt cap 10 attach mutually when screwing the butt cap 10 to the fishing rod 1.
