PURPOSE: A functional honey using honeybees and a producing method thereof are provided to use artificial honey obtained by extracting food ingredients as feed for the honeybees for obtaining the functional honey. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional honey using honeybees comprises the following steps: selecting food ingredients and washing the ingredients with water(2); extracting the washed ingredients and inserting bodies of the honeybees containing the bee toxin into the obtained extract before boiling for 60~90minutes(6); filtering the boiled liquid, and adding natural honey to the liquid for obtaining artificial honey(7); feeding the honeybees with the artificial honey(8); and collecting the natural honey produced by using the honeybees(10).
