PURPOSE: A method for preparing a graphene-nanoparticle composite is provided to directly applying electric characteristic of a graphene to biology field. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a graphene-nanoparticle composite comprises: a step of mixing a single stranded DNA with graphite flake; and a step of irradiating ultrasonic wave to the mixture to peel the graphene from the graphite flake. A method for DNA analysis comprises: a step of contacting the graphene composite with a target DNA; and a step of detecting complementary bond between the target DNA and the single stranded DNA.
