<p>Disclosed is a high-frequency heating device provided with a high-frequency power generation unit (120), variable phase shift units (142a to 142d) which change the phase of high-frequency power generated by the high-frequency power generation unit (120), first to fourth high-frequency power units (140a to 140d), and a control unit (110) which sets a frequency at the high-frequency generation unit (120) and sets phase shifting amounts at the variable phase shift units (142a to 142d). The reverse power detection units in the first to fourth high-frequency power units (140a to 140d) separately detect the reflected power and the through power on the basis of the frequency set at the high-frequency power generation unit (120) by the control unit (110). The control unit (110) determines the frequency of the high-frequency power generation unit (120) when heating an object to be heated, and the phase shifting amount of each variable phase shift unit (142a to 142d) on the basis of the phase and amplitude of the detected reflected power and through power.</p> |
