PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a cartridge storing a liquid into the container of the lower end opening, to surely hold the cartridge from the container without dropping the cartridge. SOLUTION: In a liquid spouting apparatus wherein a tube 9 of a pump member 6 fitted to the upper end of the container 7 sticks on the upper end of the cartridge 1 and the liquid is spouted by the pump member 6, the cartridge 1 includes a barrel 4 formed so as to be into a cylindrical shape. A ring member 3 joined to the upper end of the barrel 4 includes a ring-shaped flange 3b larger than the outer diameter of the barrel 4 and overhanging to the outside of the barrel 4. While the liquid is stored in the cartridge 1, a lid sheet 5 consisting of a synthetic resin film is joined to the upper face of the flange 3b of the ring member 3. A channel 11 is formed on the inner face near the upper end of the container 7, and the flange 3b of the cartridge 1 inserted from the lower end opening of the container 7 is inserted and locked to the channel 11 and the cartridge 1 is set.
