PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material which is low in oxygen passage degree and is excellent in gas barrier performance. SOLUTION: In the oxidized cellulose material, into which carboxyl groups and aldehyde groups are introduced by an oxidation reaction, the content of carboxyl groups is 0.1-2 mmol/g, and the content of aldehyde groups is 0.01-0.5 mmol/g. The laminated material low in oxygen passage degree and is excellent in gas barrier performance is obtained by forming a coating film composed of the oxidized cellulose material on a substrate.
