摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring device which can stably obtain a highly-accurate measurement result. <P>SOLUTION: The flow rate measuring device 10 includes a sensor flow channel part 15 forming a sensor flow channel 14 through which fluid flows, a resistor 21 for flow velocity measurement provided in the sensor flow channel 14, a downstream core 22 provided near an outlet through which the fluid flows out from the sensor flow channel 14, and a bypass flow channel part 17 forming a bypass flow channel 16 for storing the sensor flow channel part 15. The outlet of the sensor flow channel 14 is narrowed by the downstream core 22. Hereby, the flow velocity near the downstream side outlet of the sensor flow channel 14 is increased to generate a negative pressure. Since the flow velocity of fluid flowing through the sensor flow channel 14 is increased by the negative pressure, detection accuracy of the resistor 21 for flow velocity measurement can be improved. Further, since the sensor flow channel part 15 and the downstream core 22 are stored in the bypass flow channel 16, the flow velocity around the outlet of the sensor flow channel 14 is stabilized over the full circumference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
