PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of improving an S/N ratio. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device 100 includes a plurality of pixel portions, each pixel portion includes: a pixel electrode 103; an organic layer 107 formed above the pixel electrode and including a photoelectric conversion layer for generating charges in response to received light; a counter electrode 108 provided above the organic layer shared by the plurality of pixel portions; a sealing layer 110 for covering the counter electrode; a color filter CF provided above the sealing layer; a readout circuit 116 for reading a signal corresponding to the charges captured by the pixel electrode; and a light-collecting means 112 for guiding light passing through the color filter to the photoelectric conversion layer corresponding to the pixel portion where the color filter is arranged.
