PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head where a liquid repellent film having high liquid resistance to various kinds of liquids is formed on a surface of a nozzle plate, and which is remarkably improved in ejection stability of a liquid droplet ejected from a nozzle hole and maintainability of the nozzle plate. SOLUTION: The inkjet head 50 includes the nozzle plate 60 on which the nozzle hole 51 is formed and ejects an ink droplet from the nozzle hole 51, wherein the nozzle plate 60 is formed of material containing an Si atom, and also an ejection-side surface of the nozzle hole 51 on the nozzle plate 60 is coated with the liquid repellent film 62 forming Si-C bonding with the Si atom.
