PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of miniaturizing a movable accessory device while providing a guide part of a rotary plate and a stopper structure on the outer peripheral side of the rotary plate. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes lower guide parts 34A and 34B engaged with the lower left part and lower right part of a rotary plate 23 and an upper guide part 34C engaged with the upper part of the rotary plate 23. The rotary plate 23 includes an arc first part 23e to be guided by the lower guide parts 34A and 34B, an arc second part 23f to be guided by the upper guide part 34c, which is formed in a diameter smaller than the first part 23e to be guided, and level difference parts 23c and 23d formed between the first part 23e to be guided and the second part 23f to be guided. The stopper structure includes: stopper parts 27 and 28 provided within a range of the same distance as the radius of the first part 23e to be guided from a rotation center on the upper side of the rotary plate 23; and the level difference parts 23c and 23d, wherein the rotation of the rotary plate 23 is blocked by making the level difference parts 23c and 23d abut against the stopper parts 27 and 28, respectively.
