PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device for informing which floor non-authenticated passengers get off, and to provide a monitoring system using the same, a searching revitalization program, and an in/out management system. SOLUTION: The elevator control device 1 includes a destination floor registering means 11 on which passengers register destination floors, an operation control means 15 for computing the estimated number of passengers to get off each floor from the conditions of registration on the destination floor registering means 11, a measuring means 12 having a weight sensor for measuring a loading weight in an elevator, a getting-off passenger number detecting means 13 for detecting the number of passengers getting off each floor in accordance with the measurement result of the measuring means 12, and an informing means 14 for comparing the estimated number of passengers to get off, computed by the operation control means 15, with the number of passengers getting off, detected by the getting-off passenger number detecting means 13, with respect to each floor where the passengers get off, and for determining that non-authenticated passengers get off the floor when the number of passengers getting off is greater than the estimated number of passengers to get off, to inform an external of the floor where the non-authenticated passengers get off.
