A heat storage water-heating and air-conditioning machine wherein a first circulation path (14) connects a first thermal demand unit (401) to a first supply heat exchanger (11) using an outward route and a return route. A supply path (15) and a discharge path (17) are connected to a first heat storage tank (16), and a second heat medium (10) heated by the first supply heat exchanger (11) is supplied from the supply path (15) and is stored in the first heat storage tank (16). A heat storage switching valve (19) switches circulation routes between a circulation route through which the second heat medium (10) is not supplied to the supply path (15) as heat energy or cold energy but supplied to the first thermal demand unit (401) from the first supply heat exchanger (11), and a circulation route through which the second heat medium (10) is supplied to the first heat storage tank (16) as heat energy via the supply path (15). A heat storage water-heating and air-conditioning machine (100) is operated at a first temperature when the second heat medium (10) is supplied from the first supply heat exchanger (11) to the supply path (15), and is operated at a second temperature lower than the first temperature when the second heat medium (10) is not supplied to the supply path (15). A second circulation path (23) is provided independently from a first circulation path (14), and connects the first heat storage tank (16) to a second heat demand unit (501) which requires heat energy to supply hot water and to additionally heat water in a bathtub, using an outward route and a return route.
