The engine (1) has a cooling system (3) comprising a turbine (4) with a fluid inlet opening (5) and a fluid outlet opening (6). A condenser (7) comprises a fluid inlet opening (8) and a fluid outlet opening (9) that is flowtechnically connected with the inlet opening of the turbine by a flow channel (13). The outlet opening of the turbine is flowtechnically connected with the inlet opening of the condenser by another flow channel (14). Area (2) of the engine to be cooled is in thermal connection with the former channel. A stirling engine unit (18) operates a pump (10) of the former channel.
