<p>A method for manufacturing an integrated ceramic arc tube for a metal halide lamp comprises following steps: (1) preparing slurry of raw materials; (2) forming a tube blank from the slurry in a mold by extrusion molding or injection molding; (3) forming a green body of the integrated arc tube with a smooth surface from the tube blank in an arc tube mold by a thermal hydraulic method; (4) degreasing and removing binder from the green body; (5) pre-sintering within a temperature range of 1200?-1400?; (6) sintering in hydrogen within a temperature range of 1850?-1950?; and (7) cooling to complete the integrated ceramic arc tube for the metal halide lamp.</p> |
