PURPOSE: A flexible nozzle for cleaning and sterilization using high-pressure and high-temperature steam is provided to be bent and curved by using a spring tube. CONSTITUTION: A flexible nozzle for cleaning and sterilization using high-pressure and high-temperature steam comprises a tube unit(10) and a coupling unit(20). The tube unit comprises an inner tube(11), a teflon or silicon layer, and an outer tube(12). The inner tube is wound with a metal wire in a spring shape. The teflon or silicon layer is covered on the surface of the inner tube. The outer tube protects the outside of the inner tube covered with the teflon layer or the silicon layer. The outer tube is made of a metal wire mesh of metal material. The coupling unit fixes a tube unit on a steam gun.
