<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drying performance decline due to clogging of a lint filter. <P>SOLUTION: In a drying process, a condensation temperature is detected by condensation temperature detection means, and when the temperature detected by the condensation temperature detection means exceeds a predetermined value, the output of a heat pump unit is lowered to a predetermined value, and a filter clogging sign is displayed or reported at an operation/display unit.
