PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it becomes impossible to record record pulse information on DI, and since result compatibility is damaged when the amount of recording and reproduction control information is increased by the expansion of the record pulse information by an increase of thermal interference caused by the heightening of the density of an information recording medium.

SOLUTION: The record pulse information is made to be recordable on an existing DI region by dividing the record pulse information into the parameter information of 1 byte and a difference therefrom so as to reduce the number of data of the record pulse information.
