<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode forming a nonaqueous electrolyte battery excellent in output characteristics and suppressing displacement of an electrode collecting tab, and to provide the nonaqueous electrolyte battery equipped with the electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode includes an electrode collector (11) having a belt-shaped electrode collecting part (12) and a plurality of electrode collecting tabs (13) formed by being protruded from one side edge of the electrode collecting part and made of metal foil, and an active material-containing layer formed on the electrode collector. When X denotes optional constant, π is the circular constant, T denotes the sum total of the thicknesses of electrodes to be paired and the sum of thicknesses of separators, and α denotes a correction constant within a range of 1.01-1.10, the distance between the n-th and (n+1)-th electrode collection tabs (13) counted from the inner side of the electrode group is X+2πTαn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
