PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data processing efficiency and user friendliness in setting distribution contents and distributing a time of digital contents; and to achieve efficient distribution depending on positions of a mobile terminal and excellent user operability to the digital contents and advertizing.

SOLUTION: An information distribution system 100 is constituted by including a means for distributing map information which is based on positions of the user terminal 200 and includes advertizing information related to the map information to the user terminal 200, a step for detecting a situation of accessing the advertizing information from the user terminal 200, and a step for determining the distribution information for distribution depending on the situation of accessing when distributing the distribution information.
