PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which has a high hardness even when being thinned and has antistatic performance jointly. SOLUTION: The hard coat film is characterized in that a curable resin composition prepared by causing a high-hardness hard coat composition, prepared by causing a hard coat layer to contain reactive silica fine particles and/or deformed silica fine particles having a predetermined structure, to further contain an antistatic agent which is a semipolar organoboron compound of a predetermined structure is applied on a base material and cured.
