PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spouting apparatus in which pulling-out of a tube of a pump member from a cartridge can be easily performed. SOLUTION: A container 7 comprises: an inside container body 8 which is a cylindrical shape and whose lower end is closed to store the cartridge 1; and an outside container body 9 which covers from the upper end of the inside container body 8 and on the inner face of which a female screw 9a screwed with a male screw 8a on the outer face of the inside container body 8 is formed. A pump member 6 is fitted on the upper end opening part 9b of the outside container body 9, and is constituted so that the tube 10 for sucking a liquid of the pump member 6 sticks on the upper end of the cartridge 1 stored inside container body 8. On the outer face of the upper end of the inside container body 8, projecting pieces 8b for locking the locking pieces 3c on the upper end of the cartridge 1 are formed at a plurality of positions at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
