PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and manage an accurate exposure dose during radiography to a patient. SOLUTION: When the radiography is performed by a radiographic apparatus 10, the detection area of a radiation detector 12 is area-divided and a direct transmission area TER is detected for each of divided areas BR1-BR4. Thereafter, a divided exposure dose BDR is detected from the direct transmission area TER of the respective divided areas BR1-BR4. Then, the difference of the divided exposure dose BDR is calculated, and whether or not the difference of the divided exposure dose BDR is equal to or larger than a set threshold is determined. When the difference of the divided exposure dose BDR is equal to or larger than the set threshold, it is determined that there is the aged deterioration of the radiographic apparatus 10 such as sensitivity fluctuation, and an alarm is outputted from an alarm output means 17. On the other hand, when the difference of the divided exposure dose BDR is less than the set threshold, the statistical data of the exposure dose to a patient S are calculated using the divided exposure dose BDR and stored by a device management means.
